Guam Comprehensive Housing Study 2008:

o OPA issued her Decision regarding the housing study RPF. The Captain, Hutapea, and Associates (CHA)appeal is denied.
o CHA has 14 days to appeal to the Superior Court. GHURA will wait for this time period to pass before proceeding.
